I started using Liven to cope with procrastination. There are soundscapes, focus mode, and reminders - everything is cool, but I don't understand how to implement it consistently yet. Maybe someone has already set up a system for themselves and is ready to share? I wonder how to force yourself not just to start, but to continue.
